Return and Exchange Policy

At FORME, we believe that every order should fully meet your expectations. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product received, you can take advantage of our return or exchange policy.

Return and Exchange Period

You have the right to return or exchange a purchased product within 14 calendar days from the date of its receipt.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange procedure, contact our team via the contact email provided on the website.

To process the request, you need to provide your order number, sent to the email address used when placing the order. If you cannot find the email, please check your "Spam" or "Junk" folder.

Product Exchange

If you wish to exchange, you can choose:

The same model in a different size;
The same model in a different color (subject to availability);
Another product from the FORME assortment.

If there is a price difference between the originally purchased and the newly selected product, the corresponding amount will be topped up or refunded.

Return Conditions

For a returned product to be accepted, it must meet the following conditions:

It must be in its original commercial condition;
It must not have been worn, washed, or used;
It must show no signs of contamination, damage, or improper use;
It must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and accompanying accessories, if any.

FORME reserves the right to refuse returns of products that do not meet the above conditions.

Defective or Incorrectly Shipped Products

In case you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. Our team will arrange for the replacement or refund of the amount at our expense.
