General Terms and Conditions for Use of the Online Store – forme-bg.com

FORME is an online store specializing in the sale of sportswear, sports sets, leggings, bras, T-shirts, accessories, and other products designed for sports, fitness, and an active lifestyle.

Through the online store, Users can:

browse the offered products and their characteristics;
create and manage a user profile;
place orders as registered users or as guests;
use the available payment methods;
receive information regarding the status of their orders;
take advantage of promotions, discounts, and special offers.

IV. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

The contract of sale between the User and the Trader is considered concluded from the moment of order confirmation by FORME.

After successful submission of the order, the User receives confirmation at the email address provided.

FORME has the right to refuse to fulfill an order under the following circumstances:

out of stock;
incomplete or incorrect data provided;
suspicion of abuse, fraud, or unfair conduct;
identified technical error regarding price, description, or product availability;
inability to contact the customer if clarification is needed.

VII. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the User has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without stating a reason.

For a return to be accepted, the products must be:

in original commercial condition;
without signs of use;
without washing, ironing, or other processing;
with all original tags;
in their original packaging/box.

After receiving and checking the returned goods, FORME refunds the amount paid in the manner provided by law.

Return costs are borne by the User, unless a wrong or defective product was delivered.

VIII. COMPLAINTS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

The User has the right to file a complaint for non-conformity of the product with the sales contract according to current legislation.

Requests for return, exchange, or complaint can be sent to the customer service email address provided by FORME.

If necessary, the Trader may request:

photographic material;
description of the problem;
additional information required to process the request.

FORME reviews each request within a reasonable time and informs the customer of the actions taken.
